Floryl has opened its own quality control laboratory to ensure the quality of its products and meet demands of the consumer market. There, the humidity level is analyzed at the entrance of the product coming from the field, during its processing, storage and expedition. In the laboratory it is possible to determine the organoleptic characteristics (odor, color, flavor and appearance), physical-chemical (saponins content), classify by size, identity and aspects of the grains (whole, broken, damaged, green, germinated, contrasting and dissonant color), as well as impurities (straw, husks, insects, others).

The work is performed by professionals with knowledge and practical experience in classification with the supervision of an Agronomist Engineer.

From this important process, reports, spreadsheets and weekly, monthly and annual reports are generated about the quality of the products generated and distributed by the company.
